Wish List

It takes a lot to run a camp program, not only a great staff and fantastic facility, but all the supplies that enable activities to happen. Below are items that will make a big difference at camp this summer, and we are hoping to have donated:

For Campers — these items must be new
  • Rain ponchos
  • Flashlights
  • Beach towels
  • Notebooks & pens
  • Sneakers (boys & girls, all sizes)
  • Shorts with elastic waist, all sizes
  • Bathing suits for boys & girls age 7–15
  • Sweatpants, all sizes
  • Sweatshirts, adult sizes s-XL
  • Shampoo, large bottles for cabin showers
  • Deodorant (girls & boys)
  • Pillows (for beds)
  • Gift cards for grocery stores (Costco, Stop & Shop, Shop Rite, etc.) to purchase juice and snacks for campers to take their medicine with
  • Gift cards to purchase gasoline for golf carts (used to transport children with mobility issues and for general camp operations)
For Cabins — these items can be either new or gently used
  • Bedtime story books (for ages 7–15), preferably with a camp theme
  • Colorful rugs or other decorations to brighten their living quarters
  • DVDs—age appropriate!
  • Twin size wool or fleece blankets
  • Beads and embroidery floss for friendship bracelets
General — these items can be new or gently used
  • Sports equipment—from basketballs to frisbees, we can use it all! Especially:
    • Tennis racquets & balls
    • Rugby balls
    • Volleyball set
    • Badminton set
    • Tee-ball sets
    • Mesh bags to carry soccer balls to the field
  • Arts & Crafts supplies — beads, markers, scissors, paint, tie-dye kits, etc. (No crayons or colored pencils please.)
  • Clothes and that can be used as costumes for Drama, hats and other props
  • Swim goggles
  • Batteries—all types
  • Decorations—anything festive to brighten our dining hall and classroom spaces
  • Cooler boxes/trunks—to transport medicines to and from camp that need to be refrigerated
  • Large water coolers
  • Sharpie permanent markers
  • Tape (duct, masking, scotch)
  • Flat sheets (solid color)
  • Fabric remnants
  • Fishing poles, line, hooks, singers, bobbers, etc.
  • Bean bag chairs or large pillows for poetry classes held in the gazebo
  • Pop up tents
Electronics — these items can be new or used as long as they are in working condition
  • Portable digital audio recorder to record camper poetry and songs
  • Speakers to plug ipods into for dance, spoken word, cabins, and other places around camp—we love music!
  • Color printer
  • TVs and DVD players
  • Laptop computers
